I am using the new Apple iPad 12.9 i9nch and with the team viewer app, evrytime i log into my PC, it always changes the resolution to a smaller one, eventhough i choose 1920 (do not change) option.
Why does this keep happening. How can i stop it from constantly changing the resolution each time i log in remotely?
