Hi there,
We are experiencing an issue with Teamviewer and Scala Content Management System for Digital Signage on remote PC's, where the PC is showing a black screen (or still showing the desktop) when loading the Scala player when loading the application.
However exiting the remote PC and reconnecting via Teamviewer will show that Scala is in fact running and displaying the content.
Is this a known issue with the lastest Teamviewer 13.0.5058 update and is it looking to be resolved please?
