2 factor authentication lost

My personal phone crashed mid update, so the app with the 2nd authentication factor codes is now giving me errors after I backed up my phone and I don´t have the 16 characters recovery code. I cant even login in this forum because of that, so I had to use my professional email to create another account. Can somebody help?
