Kalley Element Q integration with TeamViewer

Hi, I'm trying to configure TeamViewer QuickSupport in a Kalley Element Q phone running Android 7.

I can't get past the Remote Control option because it asks me to download an add-on, but when I accept the download it tells me that it is not available.

How can I fix this?

I'm trying to remotely control a new phone from Kalley (Element Q is the model). It takes me to install a remote control add-on but then it says the module is not found in the store.

Is there a generic Android module I can install?
