[Windows 10/Teamviewer 13] Not Ready. Please check your connection.

Greetings. I've been having this issue for a day now. Last midnight my connection to teamviewer from my pc has been lost and i cannot fix it. There are no firewall/antivirus blocking teamviewer and my ports are open. I can connect using teamviewer 8 that i've downloaded from another post about this topic. I've tried everything i can but i cannot fix it. I can also use my phone to connect to my remote pc's using the same wifi network. I am using windows 10
Things i've tried:
-Made sure ports are open
-Disabled firewall. No antivirus is present.
-Reinstalled it multiple of times.
-Killed all tasks and restarted teamviewer.
-Restarted services
-Did a clean uninstall along with regedit registries and all that
-Uninstalled then reinstalled network drivers.
-Tried to manually ping masterx.teamviewer.com adresses and fill the hosts file with the matching ip's.
-Tried to connect via proxy (and disabled it completely).
