Quicksupport to control a Zebra TC8000-device

Hi,

I have quicksupport on a Zebra TC8000. I can view the device but not control it.

Is it somewhere in the setup or do I need separate add-on for Zebra? Is this available?

Don't know why teamviewer not support those industrial device. Centainly I will purchase more license if they support these devices. We have more than +100 Zebra MC36 are also not working.
