2 Factor authentication greyed out for users added in user management
we want to set up 2fa for all users. We purchased a license under an email address, which also happens to be the TeamViewer administrator. When we go into TV Management Console and go to edit with the TV administrator, we can edit the profile and set up 2FA for that particular user.
We then set up more users, since we are licensed for 5 channels through user management. When the users log into their profile, the enable 2FA us greyed out. We need to set up 2fa on all users not just the TV admin.
Did anyone encounter this issue?
