In our company we use proxy like 10.xx.xx.xx:pppp
How implement this settings in QuickSupport module?
Or may be it is possible to make PROXY description in some INI file which QuickSupport module use while starting on client computer?
Did you find a solution for this? I have the same problem in my company.

We have almost the same problem.
In our company nobody can get out of our it infrastructur without a proxy. so i would like to configurate the quicksupport tool with an proxy of our company.
is this possible? in the rules i can't find any options for this.
