Not understanding how to share

I own a 3 user, one at a time TeamViewer license.  I just discovered that the other two users are not using it because they never could get it to work.

I have my log in which I guess is the "master" account.  Do the other two users log in as me?  How do their accounts get tied to me so that all three of us can use it?
