Mobile device with HOST for Samsung Presented as Offline

Hello,

I have the management console open and the HOST for Samsung installed on a Samsung smartphone for unattended access.
Whenever I am playing with the app, the device is shown as online and I can see the "Connect" button. But after a while, it turns back to offline and the "Connect" button disappears.
Please note, that the HOST is a smartphone and not a computer and the app does not include all the Options and Configurations enabled by the desktop application. Maybe there is some kind of setting I need to enable on the smartphone? something like letting the HOST app wake the smartphone, even when the app is not opened in the background?
