Blank screen or Fuzzy screen


when I connect from my laptop to an android tablet the screen is so fuzzy that I can not see anything. Please see the attached photo of a screen shot of the problem.

I have tried updating to latest version of team viewer host, uninstalling and reinstalling and read through the different posts on here but can't solve the problem. Any help is much appreciated!!
