For a while now I have been unable to sign in to TV via the desktop interface. It is rejecting my userid and password as nonexistent, which obviously makes no sense. I can only access it via the website. I don't want to use the "forgot my password" option in case that changes the password I use for the website -- not even sure if they are linked, but I assume they would be.
How can I (or you) fix this, please??
