Computer Sound option greyed out

Hi,

I'm remoting from a Windows 10 to an Ubuntu 17.10 system using TeamViewer 13 (13.0.6477(W10)/13.0.6634(Ubuntu)), however the Communicate>Computer Sound option is greyed out and I can't get the audio to come through.

Any suggestions?
