Not receiving password reset emails account locked.

I'm sure I've been entering the correct username/password but the account is now locked. I requested to have my password changed (10x+) but I have not received any emails. I've checked my block list, I've checked with my provider but nothing.
I don't have a yahoo email address, I know there are issues with this provider.
Has anyone experiencing this issue and have they resolved it and how? I am starting to fear that my account was either hacked or that teamviewer was hacked. Unfortunately they do not provide support to free users and I'm starting to think they are going the way that "**Third Party Product**" went.
