TV 13 Shows Remote as "Black Screen"
All,
I'm running version 13 on Kubuntu 14.04 LTS and my buddy is running the same on Ubuntu 17.10.
When I run the connection to his machine, all I see is a black screen, like I'm in one of the TTY consoles, but no prompt.
When He runs the login, He can see my screen, but cannot switch controls or pass control to me so I can help him with install issues on his machine.
Why is TV doing this? What is the fix?

Right there on his screen, TeamViewer tells him that incoming connections to Wayland are not yet supported. Workaround is described here: State of Wayland & TeamViewer
