Dears,
we are wanting to install TeamViewer with the whitelisting functionalities. Actually, this is for us the safest way to protect our infrastructure for forbidden access from somewhere else except our company.
But what could we do if there are connection required for support reason which are not coming from our TeamViewer tannent? Mostly such companies using quick support. Do we just exit our preconfigured TeamViewer and start the external quick support? Or is it possible to run both the same time?
