How to place file transfer in tool bar?

I do many tv sessions a day and onw a large monitor.

So there is plenty of room to place controls as a one click action.

Whenever a customer yells for help I need to downlöoad log files or upload patches.

How can I place the "start file transfer" button as a single click action in the top level tool bar menu?

I know where to find the file transfer. But I'm paid to be as efficient as possible.
