TeamViewer not working on 10.or g mobile

I have installed TeamViewer quick support on 10.Or G mobile and trying to access from Samsung s7 edge it showing hand symbol but I am unable press any icon or unable perform any action remotely. please fix this issue from your end or else provide me suggestions to fix this issue on my mobile

Unfortunately, We are not able to support all Android devices for remote control.

To allow full remote control of a device, we need cooperation from the manufacturers themselves which we do not have for all manufacturers.
