Windows 10--Teamviewer 10. Will connect to it from an outside computer but then freezes or disconnects after a few seconds. However, can connect to it from inside the network with no issues at all using the same method as the outside computer. Have tried upgrading Teamviewer and have even more trouble.. Using Teamview 12 on both computers that are trying to connect to the Windows 10 computer, with Teamviewer version 10.. Have another computer within the network that can be connected to without any issues. Just the Windows 10 computer being remote controlled from outside. Any ideas? Have tried turning off the UDP. and the firewall on the computer. No change.
