I never usually have issued - but today I tried logging in using my laptop at home, when I click on "connect", screen flickers and the little side screen jumps up with my remote computer details on there. When I click on my remote computer, I get a drop down menu with some options (remote control using password, or prompt for confrmation) etc... and no matter what I choose, nothing happens. I just do not connect! my remote device is online - it's just a mystery. I have closed down my laptop, rebooted several times, tried different browsers, opened the teamviewer app, and nothing works. HELP!!!! I also went into the advanced options and made sure my access is FULL. NOTHING WORKS. Help someone? Please? I have done nothing new or different. Thank you in advance.
