TeamViewer won't connect but it is running

I have TeamViewer running on a computer. The computer is on and I can access other services just fine. However, when I try to connect via TeamViewer I get an error that TeamViewer is not running on the partner computer.

Very annoying! What is causing this?

Même chose pour moi. De mon côté, j'ai installé *bleep* sur certains ordinateurs que je juge "plus importants", je me connecte à distance avec ce logiciel et je redémarre Teamviewer. En principe, cela devrait pouvoir fonctionner du premier coup...

I would also suggest to try to restart the TeamViewer service on the remote device if possible.
