As a workaround, you can use chats in Blizz for coordination.For example, you can create a group chat for a meeting and communicate there.
If you and meeting participants are using Outlook for email, you can also use Blizz add-in for Outlook. It is possible to create Outlook meeting from Blizz one. And you can track participants In Outlook.
