Recover and reuse an existing license

Multiple questions but main problem is to recover a license from another unit and re-use it.  I can recover the license and re-use it, but when re-used, the new player the recycled license has been issued to does not show up in TeamViewer, but does in our Navori management console.  Also have issues w/ not showing up in our management console but it does show up in TeamViewer.
