TeamViewer icon on Mac dock (Jaguar?)
I completed a good-faith search of documentation and community posts, but couldn't find and answer to this really basic question. Like so many, I use TeamViewer to assist an elderly parent. The TeamViewer icon often goes missing from the dock, though it is installed on her Mac. (Her operating system is probably Yosemite.) This is a two-parter:
1. How does she locate and run Teamviewer when the icon isn't on the dock? When I ask her to type "TeamViewer" into the Search box on the upper right of the screen, a whole bunch of options appear.
2. If we can get past that, how can I get the icon to stay on the dock where she can find it? (I'm a longtime Microsoft user, sometimes befuddled by Macs.)
Thanks.

When teamviewer is open, right click (secondary click/2 finger click) hover over options and select keep in dock.
This is the easiest way to be able to find it without going into details of searching.
