I have installed the TeamViewer Quick support on a iPhone 6s with IoS 11.2.2 , the supporting PC intiating the session was Windows 8.1 Pro I am able to screen share successfully. I am not able to use any keyboard control or access to icons I can text fine also. Is this operating as normal or am I missing something. The version of QuickSupport is 13.0.90431 QS. The Teamviewer on PC version is 13.0.6447 and is currently a free license I am evaluating to help manage several hundred iPhones that the company supports currently.
