Cannot connect to second computer

Hi, 

Apologies for the ultra basic question.

I set up a free account and added a church computer which I support.  It works fine.  However, I wanted to add my own laptop into the same free account.  I cannot remotely control my own laptop, it will not authenticate and keeps adding more time before the next time I can try.

I do not understand. Does a free account allow two computers?  Or do I have to create a second account to remotely control my own laptop?

The password I'm using is the free account password.  It works every time for the first computer, but not for  my laptop.

What  am I doing wrong?
