Email for community engine: Did you get the answer you needed?

I just get 2 emails asking me: "Did you get the answer you needed?" 

This 2 emails was related to this:

My sugstions is:

1. Why I get 2 emails ? This was 1 thread/topic so there is no need to send to me duplicated emails, as this can be taken as a spam.
2. Why I get any emails at all ? There is still no answer to my questions, no one community member post there any comment .

I think there are some "issues" in Lithium engine related to this case, please follow it to Lithium.
