My company makes a webcam that outputs video in 16:9 (widescreen) mode. We noticed that the video output in Teamviewer 13 is 4:3 (normal) mode. Teamviewer will not display our video. Does Teamviewer accept video in 16:9 widescreen mode or does it need to be in 4:3 mode?
