didn't get the license code from email after i pay successed

hi, there, i use my credit card pay for the license this afternoon, and for now, i still not get any email from TV, i don't know what happened here, so please check the information below and help me get the license code PS: my bank send the text to me says i paid successfully order email: **Do Not Post Email Addresses**
