I tried to add a new computer to my TeamViewer account today. TeamViewer support send me an email with a link to verify my new computer, but the link was missing the "dot" in the "dotcom" portion of the address and the link wasn't working. I manually copied the link into my browser, added the dot, and it worked.
TeamViewer should correct this. Because I am a free user they will not allow me to enter a support ticket. Can someone who has paid access please report this to them? My problem is solved, but others may not know how to solve it easily.
Summary: TeamViewer sent me a link that read,
login.teamviewercom/authorizedevice...
instead of,
login.teamviewer.com/authorizedevice...
