RugGear RG910 "These devices can not be controlled by firmware restrictions"

Hi Community,

i´ve bought me a RugGear RG910, because the company is listet as an supportet manufacturer (https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/Supported-manufacturers-for-remotely-controlling-Android-devices/ta-p/4730) But now i can´t controll this device...

as i can see, there are missing permissions while istalling the apk.

Is this an issue for the manufacturer or for the TeamViewer Team?

 btw: i installed also the RugGear Add-On
