The computer can access to the Internet. However, I cannot log in my account. Also I can not control this computer by Teamviewer when I go to somewhere else. It always drop the line one or two minutes. I really need a help.

I have witnessed this issue before and the simplest solution I have found is to have the user close teamviewer and relaunch it. This is common with the user having Internet issues.
I keep getting the above error when trying to connect to a friends computer. It's really irritating. System Status is apparently fine... can someone help. I've connected without any issues about 2 months ago and several times prior.
