It appears that this has been requested before (over a year ago and still nothing).
So the party being supported (at the remote location) can save a chat transcript but I cannot save it for my records. That is unacceptable. Also, when I complete a session, I am presented with a dialog that allows me to enter notes. Where are they saved?
