Wake On Lan - Computer turns on by itself

I have kinda curious problem with Teamviewer setup and WoL.
I have set up all nicely: WoL worked OK, i managed to set it up via Dyndns service, tested it for month from remote location and everything was OK.
So, I needed to change location of this laptop, to another city. I've set up everything again (chnaged Dyn address), and WoL worked, but with one curious fact: laptop keep turning on by itself.
I've tried to troubleshoot through every possible way known to me (event viewer, powercfg lastwake command, task scheduler, disableing mouse and keyboard...). Spend much time google for solution, but computer just keeps turning on.
Only thing that Event Viever says is: The system has returned from a low power state.
So, any other ideas that might help ?
Is it possible that "rogue" Magic packet just turns on by accident that site ?
