New user created with unavailable email


I created a new user for my company using the management console but the email I defined for that new user was still not available when I recorded the new user. The user has well been created but the email sent to validate the new user hasn't been received (I can see that our email server rejected it since the user's email was still not authorized from our side). Now that email is fully fonctionnal and available but when I try to connect to TeamViewer (v13) with that user I have a message asking to confirm the device with the link in the email sent but there is no email received... Is it possible to ask teamviewer to resend the first email validating the creation of a new user ? Another way would be to fully delete that user and then recreate it. I already deleted it from my company but I don't know how to delete it from TeamViewer users.
