Setting up PC to Android unattended connection?

I want to connect from PC to Android (tablet). I have installed Team viewer on PC and TeamViewer QuickSupport on Tablet. 

The devices connect fine, but each time I connect the tablet ask me to cofirm that I allow connection. Is there any way to make an unattended connection, so when I want to connect to tablet I don't have to get up and go in the other room to press ALLOW each time?

Also, when I terminate connection Windows side, the app auto-closes on tablet, so when I want to connect again, I have to go in the other room to run it. Is there any way to prevent app from closing on tablet when I terminate the connection?
