Previously, I've submitted two tickets and feedbacks on the TeamViewer V13 Bugs and Errors. However, I didn't receive any feedbacks nor any ticket number for my submitted ticket. The following are the encountered issues:
1) We have subscribed a corporate annual subscription license, however, we still frequently face some false alert detection - "Commercial Use Suspected" and force us to close the remote session within 5 minutes.
2) We failed to enter messages into the chat box during the remote session and caused us to unable to deliver messages to our clients.
3) Sometimes the TeamViewer V13 not responding and forced to close during the remote session.
These have seriously affected our daily operation and our company image as we failed to maintain a steady customer support to our clients.
