I do not see where I can change the information of a contact or delete a contact from my list of contacts. Please advise.

With your Blizz account, you can only delete contacts.
Click on your Contacts option on the left side (either in the applicatio or in the login site) and click on the contact that you want to delete. You will see the More options icon (3 dots) select the option and click on "delete".
