We have run into an issue where the presenters mouse movements are not being displayed to meeting participants. Any mouse clicks are activated but mouse movement is not. For example, if the presenter clicks a cell in Excel the highlighted cell is visible or if a ribbon button is pressed, that action can be seen by participants, but the movement of the presenters mouse to that cell or button cannot be viewed making the flow of the presentation very difficult to follow.
Is this a known issue and is the a fix / workaround?
