TeamViewer ID is 0?

I got my mother to install TeamViewer from the Windows Store and she says the TeamViewer ID is 0 which is clearly not a valid ID. Why is there a single digit 0 instead of the expected nine digit ID? My own installation gives a nine digit ID but my mum's installation just says 0.

OS: Windows 10 Home

Same here. Installed from the website in two laptops. In one it is ok, in the other ID is zero and is unable to connect.

Can you post a screenshot of this?

If you installed from the Windows Store, this app is out blind only, no inbound connections. But this should not display an ID at all.

If you have had to dive in to find this 0 ID, try installing from our website.
