TeamViewer Connection Failing to Start


So I have teamviewer on my Windows 10 Pro device, and also have teamviewer 13 running on Mac OS X on a computer currently across state from me. I am trying to connect to it, when I sign into my teamviewer account, it says that computer is online and the connect button is blue, but when I click it, the TeamViewer app launches and stalls on the contacts screen, and the session never actually starts. I am using a free account.


Why might this be happening? Thank you.
