Team viewer not working more than 5 min ,even after login with registred user. only work on teamvier

i am facing problem with Team viewer New versions, i have company registred account which works fine with teamviewer 10 , but if i upgrade my team viewer to 11 or 12 i am getting message that i will have 5 min only to remote connection. and it disconnects as per said time and will not connect again.

what could be the issue ,

Could it be, that your company had bought a license for TeamViewer version 10?

It sounds like your account is activated with this license. If you make an update to a higher version on your local TeamViewer you start a trial period. 

If this trial is expired, it might be that you have interruptions during the connection.
