I have a commercial license with 15+ PC/servers around the country running TV13 with no issues.
The latest one I added has a problem; it starts TV with Windows (Server 2008R2), and registers with the TV server - but it remains invisible to all the other PCs running TV.
- When it comes online, all the other PCs DO get a message stating that it has signed on - so obviously it's assigned to the correct account and is registering.
- It is able to see all the other PCs in it's device list and can connect outbound just fine.
- Under Options/Advanced I have NOT checked the option to make the PC invisible when it signs on (though I have tried it both ways just to see if the change would make a difference).
- Have restarted TV/reinstalled TV/rebooted server - TV continues to work perfectly well except for the fact that the machine remains invisible when logged on
- I have 3 other machines on the same switch + VLAN and they all work fine - there is nothing different/unique about the network segment it's on.
Any ideas??
