Cannot reset my password - Very frustrated

I receive the email to change my password and I click the link. I enter in me new password twice like it asks but I continually receive the message "Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request." I have been trying for 3 days, I have tried different passwords. Nothing works. Same message every time.

Please help.
