Hello, I encounter a painful problem on a computer of a client on which I take control remotely from my pc With a valid license. Indeed when I move the mouse paf it cut and I find myself on his Windows lock screen that asks me the user and password! Other companies encounter the same problem at this customer do you have an idea!
