Logfiles empty
I was looking for my logfiles to send to you (TeamViewer) to prove that I am only using TemViewer to log on to my home computer, my parents computer and a couple of friends, but the log files are empty! (0 kB) What do I do now???

could you also please check if "Enable logging" is ticked? if activated, TeamViewer should writes all events and errors.

Hi GV,
I recommend you submit the personal user form with description on how you use TeamViewer as possible detailed as you can. Also leave a note that your logfile is empty. Our engineer will try to make a decision based on what you provided and backend data.

The following file types are allowed: log
You can find your log file by clicking "Extras" -> "Open log files" in your client. Locate the file called "TeamViewerXX_Logfile.log", where "XX" is your TeamViewer version.1 -

Thanks!! That was really helpful! No logging was enabled...
Now I only have one problem. I'm not able to use TeamViewer since the system claims I'm using it commercially. And since I don't have any logs form the time it was working I can't prove that I don't.
What do I do now??
