Peter from Proline provides enterprise software solutions and point of sale systems for many different operating systems to customers all over Scandinavia.
Proline’s business also includes all after-sales service and technical support.
Many of Peter’s customers own shops and stores in remote areas, and they really depend on their cash registers to function during work hours.
If their systems are down, this may have an immediate impact on their daily sales revenue.
In order to ensure minimum downtime, Peter uses TeamViewer to remotely support his customers’ cash register systems.
We went to see him in Linköping, Sweden to document three of his customers’ experiences while receiving remote support with TeamViewer.
