Welcome to the Community and thanks for your message.
Maybe the password is disabled in the TeamViewer options. Are you normally working with a personal password?
In this article under "Password strength" you can learn where to enable the random password again. I linked it already into the right chapter. I recommend to use at least a password with 6 characters.
