Corporate license doesn't include mobile device access?
Hi, I have a corporate license for TeamViewer valid through May 2019. One of my users has no problems remotely connecting to multiple desktop and laptop computers, but when he tries to remotely connect to his mobile device, he receives an error that a mobile license is required. Isn't this included in the corporate license?

Thank you for posting.
You need Mobile Device Access(Support for mobile device) to access Android, iOS, Windows, devices from your desktop computer or mobile device. It is not included in Corperate license and available as AddOns feature. Please refer to this license comparision.
