Connection Error - The remote device doesn't support screen sharing

I am running TeamViewer 13.1 on iOS 11.4 on iPhone 6S.

My remote device is - iPhone 4S, running iOS 9.3.5 and TeamViewer QS. 

When I provide the code from remote device Teamviewer QS, into my iPhone and try to Remote Control, I get this error - "The remote device doesn't support screen sharing. For more information please contact TeamViewer support."

Please Help!

    On the remote side, you need iOS 11 for screen sharing. You can refer to this articles for more details.
